Our team offers nearly 20 years’ experience delivering quality research and support to the Scottish Government, local authorities and other service providers. Our experience gives us a real understanding of how research can shape service and policy. This is combined with with expertise across a range of policy areas including housing and planning, education, transport, community capacity building and inclusion.

what we do
Our focus is always on using research and support to achieve real change for services, service users and communities. We work closely with our clients to tailor each of our research contracts to meet their specific requirements. In doing so we draw on extensive experience and well-tested skills across a range of methodologies including quantitative and qualitative research, community engagement, service user insight, consultation analysis, facilitation and consultancy support.
